Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping have called for a change in the world order. During the meeting with the leaders of the four Central Asian nations: Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. as well as leaders of India, Pakistan, Iran and Turkey.


President Xi said it was time to reshape the international system and ditch the win-and-lose theory of games and collective politics. and that leaders should work together to promote the development of a fairer and more rational international order.

President Putin praised the growing influence of the non-Western region. by condemning what Putin calls “The tool of protectionism illegal boycott and economic selfishness," and that "the growing role of a new, cooperative center of power is becoming increasingly apparent."
