| Köy Konağında Beyaz Peynir Yapıldı |
  Tarım İl Müdürlüğü, Tarım ilçe Müdürlüğü, Oymalıtepe Belediyesi ve Tarım Danışmanı işbirliği ile gerçekleşen “beyaz peynir yapımı” 20 Mayıs 2009 Günü Köy Konağında gerçekleşti. Oymalitepe köyü hanımları, beyaz peyniri çok önemsediklerini her yaz yaylaya çıktıkları için beyaz peyniri zaman zaman denediklerini ama çok da memnun kalmadıklarını söylediler. Bu nedenle büyük bir ilgi ile tekniğe uygun beyaz peynir yapımını izlediler. Beyaz peynir uygulamasının yanısıra, gıdaların derin dondurucularda muhafaza edilmesi, reçel, turşu yapımı, iyotlu tuz kullanımı, orta yaş kadınların sağlık sorunları hakkında da bilgiler verildi.  Çalışmadan memnun kaldıklarını söyleyen hanımlar başka konularda yine uygulamalı eğitimler istediklerini bildirdiler. Eğitim çalışması bitiminde İl Tarım Müdürlüğü elemanları, doğa yürüyüşü yapmak amacı ile yola çıkılıp, ölüme yürüyüşe dönen yolda ölen rahmetli “Yasemin AKTAŞ” ın mezarını ziyaret edilerek, ailesine baş sağlığı dileklerini ilettiler.
